Day 99 of the Burpee Challenge
Is anyone else incredibly sore from dodgeball? My abs, back, and right shoulder are in serious pain. I think maybe my legs are hurting from Friday's wod, though it could be the dodgeball as well.
That was a blast.

I didn't play dodgeball my my shoulders are f'ed up from WOD 11.3. Not really sore but have a weird pain in the shoulders that extends down to my biceps.

Woke up late and made the 6:30am class this morning. That thing was PACKED! Got 16+ Rounds.
I sure hope tomorrow's WOD incorporates Burpees. It's the last day of the burpee challenge and I don't plan on doing another burpee for at least a month. My right elbow is killing me from all these damn pushups.

RX all the way, except for WB's ... subbed 95 lb. push presses due to a tweaked leg. Today was way harder than it looked on paper. I don't know if it's just because it's Monday, but I was gassed.
