Today's WOD was great. Especially liked the WU WOD. All that said, the 100 jumps at the end was probably the most humbling part of the entire workout!

Im a fan of the Wod's that leave you feeling like you got hit by a train! They seem to hurt less the next time you do it, ---> Progress??

I like WOD's that have 15 or less reps since I can push myself to do the entire 15 reps without a rest and then move to the next part of the WOD. I take too many breaks when the WOD requires lots of reps and it seems like it takes me forever to finish.
