Day 96 of the Burpee Challenge

what are the thoughts on the Reebok Games Wod's so far?
now after a heavy one are you happy? unhappy? which one was the worst in terms of feel?

Got 9 Rds this morning. This was the first time I do a WOD (non-deadlifts) at this heavy of a weight. I know I can get 10+ rounds without a problem. I failed on a few of the cleans which cost me time and energy. If you consider this weight heavy (which I'm guessing most of us do), you really have to focus on not wasting attempts. If you go for the clean, make sure you get it. You're better off resting a few more seconds than you are wasting an attempt.
I think the 2nd & 3rd Games WODs were good. The first one sucked just because I can't do double unders. Curious what's in store for the next 3 weeks.

I'm glad we're getting some heavy weight ... but pissed that I pulled my IT band two weeks ago doing squat cleans, and now that some heavy stuff shows up I'm not 100%. Oh well.
Any good ideas for IT band stretches?

great job so far. they've done a good job of making them accessible to as many people as possible and now with WOD 11.3 they are weeding people out. they've tested skills, work capacity and strength.
cant wait for the next 3. curious if they will include more difficult skills that the avg crossfitter may struggle with (muscle-ups?) and also curious to see what the heaviest barbell movement is going to be.

muscle ups are my Everest.

11 rds ... painful as hell ... probably should have stopped after my first rep ... F@ck it. Hopefully I'll be closer to 100% by next Saturday.
Killer job by Jorge.
Dax, you're super-human.

I agree with Diego that this is a weed-out wod type thing. Trust me, I have seen some people I respect a whole lot struggle with this weight, so there is no shame in what we can do. With that said, I am praying for overhead squats in the following wods, but I am sure I will instead get SDHP...FML..... 17 RX.
