Just to clear up any confusion...my 40lb vest has had the majority of the weights removed from it. Its more like a 20 lbs vest. And dammit Dsav that was between you and me! Once again my mouth has me in trouble. And Mike P, what you do in your free time with the "gorilla from the back" is your business.

Box jump burpees are a form of torture that is currently outlawed by the United Nations!!! I thought I was going to eat it on my last few.
My body is not use to that 6:30 am thing. I was still sweating when I got to work!
My shoulders are on fire, Val was right in that I was muscling up the Hanging Cleans. Now I am paying for it...

16:58 RX all the way, except the first minute of hang cleans were 95lb until I could find an RX bar.

105 lb over head press...think i could have gotten 110--but couldnt get my hands on any more 2.5lb weights...
wod 17:28 ---rx burpee BJ's, RX hang cleans, reclined floor tap things with feet on floor half the time with 20 lbs.
